Almaria Investment is the real estate arm of a Riyadh family group with interests across hospitality, residential development, income-producing property and agriculture. We invest our own capital alongside institutional partners.

The model is deliberately narrow. A small number of well-located assets, developed to an institutional standard, operated under international brands where scale rewards it, and reported with the discipline of a regulated fund.

That concentration is the point. It lets a small team hold every consultant, contractor and operator to the terms they signed — and it is why the portfolio is measured in buildings rather than square kilometres.

02Portfolio

Five assets, held across three sectors.

Two operating assets, one tower in construction, a managed fund and a land holding.
